Unlike many other companies who RENT or BORROW a license the owner of Safehouse Security has taken all the necessary classes and training to PASS the State Boards test in Florida and Georgia. Safehouse Security uses Monitronics, the 4th largest alarm monitoring company in the USA, who monitors nearly 500,000 residents and businesses. Monitronics also utilizes a different approach to customer service which allows the customer to deal directly with Safehouse Security for all service related needs. Our philosophy is to evaluate the needs of the customer, make informative suggestions and allow the customer to make the decisions concerning the safety of their home, family or business. We pride ourselves in providing quality products & personalized professional service.

Our Services

Monitoring: We offer alarm monitoring through Monitronics. They are the 4th largest monitoring company in the U.S. Our monitoring service rates depend on what type of protection you elect to receive. Examples of monitoring types are: standard digital monitoring (most common) including fire and smoke, cellular monitoring (in case phone lines are cut) and medical only monitoring.

All monitoring types require a 3 year agreement. This is the industry standard with all quality alarm companies. By having 3 year agreements it allows us to offer the equipment to the consumer at a greatly reduced price.

Service: Once you are a Safehouse Security customer all service call charges and parts are included free of charge for the first year. After 1 year any service call including parts would be capped at $50.00 trip fee. The only exception to this is obvious damage caused by the customer.

Repairs: If you are not a Safehouse Security customer we still offer to do service on your system. Current rate is $75.00 per hour plus parts. If you need repairs and would like to become a customer we will perform up to $150.00 of repair work at NO CHARGE with any new monitoring service agreement.
